All memorials are to be fixed in accordance with the NAMM or BRAMM code of working practice.

Inscriptions will not be permitted on the reverse of headstones, with the exception of a mason’s mark and grave or plot number.

    When permission has been granted by Hockliffe Parish Council, a copy of this form will be returned by email to the craftsman carrying out the work, who must send the appropriate fee to Hockliffe Parish Council with details of when it is proposed to erect the memorial.
